Five Minute Bean Salad

A fresh bean salad is a perfect summer picnic dish and considered as healthy and high protein salad. Bean salad will be tastier by adding Elixir Stevia™ sweetener that would also add as delicious starter when servedĀ it with lunch.

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 pkt. Elixir Stevia™ Sweetener
  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 can white corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
